明晰夢　58　　― 半明晰夢

JUGEMテーマ：スピリチュアル　テレビで、自分の夢を視聴している。　その夢を明晰化したかったので、目の前の床を右手で撫でてみる。確かに感触があったが、テレビで視聴している夢の中には、入っていけない。　明晰化へあと一歩ってとこですかね？普段、目が覚めている時から、頭を無にできれば、夢を明晰化できそうな気がしてるので、生活や仕事の瞑想化をさらに進めて行きたいと思います。
