南インドでは黒胡椒の栽培がとても盛んです。４年前 初めてのインド ゴアの植物園に行った時でした。初めて観た時、「えー緑なんだ！」とビックリしました。だって黒い胡椒しか創造していなかった。去年はケララの茶畑で有名なワイナールと言う避暑地へ行き、村の人が見せてくれた黒胡椒の実です。まだ緑、赤の色が残ってるね。↓まだ乾ききっていないから、実は大きいのですが、完璧に乾燥したら、かなり小さい粒になるんでしょうね。完璧にドライになるまで、とても時間がかかりそうですね♪アーユルヴェーダのキッチンフャー...
