Ｔｏｄａｙ is the Last Day in 2007!
JUGEMテーマ：英語日記 Today is the last day of 2007! We call it as "大晦日(Oo-misoka)". Why do we call 31/12 as Oomisoka? I didn't know it. So I seached the reason, and some websites tell me that :) "みそ(miso)" means "30", and "晦日(misoka)" means last day of every month. From there, "大晦日(Oo-misoka)" is last day of the year. JUGEMテーマ：英語日記 I found a woodblock, a rubber plate and chisels in a drawer accidentally. I bought them long before and have been forgotten. We tried a engraving for new year's cards. First, kids traced over designs on the woodblock and rubber plate. Then they engraved the pictures on them. It was so scary to watch them using the chisels awkwardly. I did for my little boy. Influenza
JUGEMテーマ：英語日記 My little boy has been influenza this time! He got a high fever, though he looks as if he is quite well. We were planning to stay in Chiba where my husband's parents live from the day before New Year's day. Trauma
My little boy is going to be seven in Februry. He is a very healthy, lively and smart boy. He seems not to have any problems. Actually I have a problem about him. He extremely hates to separate from me. When he goes out is O.K. But if I go out with left him at home, even if his big brother stays together with him, he calls me every five minuites after an hour. The general housecleaning
Since it was my day off yesterday, I did the general housecleaning. I listed all the jobs I have to do today and put it on the fridge. I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom closely. And kids polished all the windows and tidied up around their desks included their belongings. They've better done than I expected. So I could clean where I coudn't usually do. A board game
JUGEMテーマ：英語日記 My big boy got a DS soft which he wanted from Santa. He apparently played it longtime yesterday. It's Christmas yesterday, so I gave up saying them to study. They immursed themselves in the new DS soft. After meal, they wanted play the board game (named "adventure of a hobgoblin street") presented by Santa. It is a kind of Japaneses backgammon "sugoroku". Christmas eve
JUGEMテーマ：英語日記 Merry Christmas to everybody! Has Santa come to you yet? It's Christmas Eve yesterday. My kids were deep in thought about Santa.
